• 8+ years of      experience in customer experience strategy, process improvement, or      service optimization.
• Proven track record      in driving CX transformation, automation, and AI-driven personalization.
• Strong analytical      mindset with experience in customer journey mapping, data-driven      decision-making, and strategic planning.
• Experience in      financial services, insurance, or digital-first customer engagement      models.
