Elevate Specialty, is pleased to announce that Robyn Lampon has joined the company as Head of Operations. Robyn brings over a 15 years of expertise in claims operations, process automation, and data-driven insights, across niche and specialist insurance lines.

Robyn joining from Great American Insurance UK will lead Elevate’s in-house claims operations, focusing on optimising workflows to enhance speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. She will spearhead initiatives around automation and AI-driven decisioning to deliver claims excellence through innovative technology and operational efficiency

Robyn’s proven leadership, drive and collaborative approach will be instrumental in creating a culture of operational excellence across Elevate Specialty.
