Elevate Specialty is excited to announce that Kevin Neal has joined the company as Head of Technical Delivery. Kevin brings extensive industry experience in data integration, programme management, and innovative business and system models, set to accelerate Elevate’s transformation of specialty insurance.

Kevin previously served as Head of Strategy and Innovation at an niche insurance company, where he worked closely with Elevate’s CEO Mickey Attia and COO Robin Stagg. An expert in lean startup and Six Sigma methodologies, Kevin has a proven track record of driving scalable, efficient solutions that combine technology, automation, and data to enhance underwriting, claims, and policy management.
