Greg joins Elevate Specialty from ARAG, where he held senior underwriting roles and built a strong reputation for technical excellence, disciplined portfolio management, and innovative product development. He brings deep expertise across underwriting strategy, risk selection, and governance, alongside a proven track record of driving product development across Legal Expenses and other lines of business to support insurance partners achieve their objectives.

In his new role, Greg will be responsible for leading Elevate Specialty’s underwriting strategy, strengthening risk frameworks, and supporting the development of differentiated specialty propositions. His appointment reinforces the business’s commitment to underwriting discipline, data-led decision-making, and sustainable growth.

Greg’s leadership will play a key role as Elevate Specialty continues to challenge traditional approaches and build a modern MGA underpinned by strong technical foundations and a clear focus on customer outcomes.
