Elevate Specialty today announces the promotion of Co-Founder Robyn Lampon to Director of Operations, alongside her appointment to the company’s Executive Management Committee, reflecting Elevate’s continued growth and investment in operational excellence, scalable claims capability, and outstanding customer outcomes.

Since joining Elevate Specialty, Robyn has played a central role in building and scaling the company’s operational infrastructure as the business rapidly expands across Legal Expenses, Rent Guarantee, Income Protection, Cyber, and other specialty product lines. Under her leadership, Elevate has continued to strengthen its claims and service operations to support a growing portfolio expected to generate thousands of customer interactions and claims each year across multiple products and distribution partners.

Robyn has been instrumental in developing and scaling Elevate’s modern, technology-enabled operating model—focused on early intervention, operational transparency, continuous improvement, and customer-first delivery. Her leadership has helped establish the operational foundations required to support large-scale embedded and delegated authority partnerships while maintaining strong governance and service quality.

In her expanded role, Robyn will oversee operational strategy across the whole organisation including operations, customer service delivery, operational governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. As part of the Executive Management Committee, she will also contribute to broader business strategy, operational scaling, and long-term growth planning.

Robyn’s promotion reflects Elevate Specialty’s belief that operational capability and delivery for customers in their moment of need are the key differentiators in modern specialty insurance—particularly as customer expectations and regulatory standards continue to evolve.
